Everything you need to know about buying, licensing and installing a raffle website template.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We take all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. Prices are in GBP.
When do I get my download and licence key?
Straight away. Once payment completes you'll see your download links and licence key on the receipt page, and we email them to you too. They're also in My Account.
How many websites can I use a licence on?
Each theme licence covers one live website. Staging and local development sites don't count towards the limit.
What happens when my licence expires?
Your site keeps working as normal. You just stop receiving theme updates and support until you renew.
Can I turn automatic renewal off?
Yes. Cancel from My Account at any time, or untick auto-renew at checkout. Only the theme licence renews. Add-ons and services are one-off payments.
Do you offer refunds?
If the template doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, we'll refund you within 14 days of purchase. See our refund policy for details.
Can you install the theme for me?
Yes. Add Install Help to your basket and we'll install the theme, import demo content and connect payments for you.
