Does it work without Pulse Garage?
Yes. It works with any WooCommerce raffle site. With Pulse Garage you also get the home page race section, Customizer settings and colours that match the theme automatically.
How do players earn points?
Every £1 spent earns points (10 by default, and you can change the rate). Points come from completed orders paid through the payment methods you choose, so wallet or site-credit spend can be left out.
Do guest orders count?
No. Rankings are per player, so only orders from logged-in customers count. Players are prompted to sign in or register to join the race.
Can I run a leader board for a single competition?
Yes. Tick Enable Leader Board on any competition to give it its own board, shown automatically on that competition's page, with its own prizes if you want them.
How are prizes paid?
Set rewards by finishing position, by points reached, or best of both. Site credit prizes are paid straight into the player's TeraWallet: monthly prizes automatically after month end, competition prizes when you click Apply.
Can a month be paid out twice?
No. Each month and each competition board is locked once its prizes are processed, and every payout is logged.
What happens when an order is refunded?
The refunded amount is taken off the player's monthly total and, where it can be matched safely, off the competition board too. Nothing is ever counted twice.
Can I add orders from before I installed it?
Yes. Backfill the current month and any competition's past sales in one click. Entries already on the board are skipped.
Are player names shown publicly?
Only as you choose: their display name, or first name and last initial (e.g. John S.). Email addresses are never shown.
What do I need to run it?
WordPress 6.4+, PHP 7.4+ and WooCommerce. TeraWallet is needed only for automatic site credit payouts.
