Does it need WooCommerce?
Yes. Scratch cards are WooCommerce products, so they use your existing checkout, payment gateways and orders.
Can a customer change the result by refreshing or editing the page?
No. The result is picked, logged and locked on the server before the scratch surface loads, and scratching only reveals it. Balance locking, a short cooldown between scratches and an automatic refund of the scratch if logging fails prevent double-plays.
Do customers need an account?
Yes. Scratches are stored against the customer's account, so buying one needs a login or checkout account creation. They can then play whenever they like from the product page or My Account.
Can I have losing outcomes?
Yes. Mark any prize row as "No win" (for example "Try Again"). No-win rows take part in the results but are hidden from the public prize grid.
Can I limit how often a prize can be won?
Yes. Each prize has a lifetime "Total wins" and an optional "Available now" limit. Set Total wins to 0 to show a prize publicly before it can be won.
Can I add prizes in bulk?
Yes. Upload a CSV in the Scratch Card Prize Table and update the product. A ready-made CSV template is included.
Can I give away free scratches?
Yes. Spend rewards automatically grant free scratches for every amount spent over a threshold you set, with gateway rules. Admins can also add scratches to any user manually from the User Balances page.
Can cash prizes go straight into a customer's wallet?
Yes. Winning prize labels that contain your wallet keywords are credited automatically through TeraWallet.
Will winners and my team be notified?
Yes. Branded win emails go to the winner and to any number of admin addresses. They include the prize, ticket number, win reference and date/time.
Can I track and fulfil wins?
Yes. The Wins page lets you search, filter, update win status (for example Posted or Collected) and export to CSV. Scratch Logs and User Balances pages show every scratch and balance.
Can I match my brand?
Yes. There are global colour and font settings (including Elementor global colours and Google Fonts), 4 ready-made presets, per-card overrides and a custom foil image for each product. When used with the Pulse Garage theme, the cards can follow the theme's styling.
Does it work with Elementor and Gutenberg?
Yes. 13 shortcodes let you place the full game area or individual parts (card, buy box, prize grid, countdown, progress bar) in Elementor, Gutenberg, shortcode blocks or theme templates.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Customers scratch with a finger on phones and tablets or with a mouse on desktop, and the card scales down on smaller screens.
Will it work alongside the Spin Wheel plugin?
